Spyglass Software License
- Grant. Spyglass is proprietary software. Subject to these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Spyglass for engineering and testing activities within your organization.
- Restrictions. Do not redistribute, sublicense, rent, or provide Spyglass to third parties; do not reverse engineer except where law permits; do not remove notices or license enforcement.
- Ownership. Spyglass and all associated intellectual property remain the property of the licensor. No rights are granted except those stated here.
- Data. Spyglass processes bus traffic locally. It transmits no telemetry, captures, or usage data off the machine it runs on.
- Warranty & liability. Spyglass is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the licensor is not liable for damages arising from its use — including use on vehicle networks.
- Termination. This license terminates automatically on breach of these terms. On termination, uninstall all copies.
